450 F9 Apo Nikkor Nippon Kogaku

Does anyone know anything about this lens??? What will it cover? How sharp? Worth $300?? I am looking at lenses for a 12x20. Any help appreciated.

It's basically a Tessar like the other F/9 process lenses from Nikon IIRC. Should have been discussed at various times in the archives. Plus check the other other focal lengths for more info. Coverage? A bit more then the focal length I'd guess but others will know better.
