I get mine from www.monochromephotography.com They also do Alkali Stop plus their own staining developers etc, They are based in Buckinhamshire.

Here's the classic recipe for T-3, which works just fine.

While we're on the subject, the active ingredient in Hypo Clear, is Sodium Sulfite. A level teaspoon of that, per 1 litre of water is all you need. It's very cheap this way.

And with Alkaline Fixer, you don't use an acid stop bath. Plain water is fine.

You can just use sodium thiosulphate (hypo). If you use it one shot there is no need for any other ingredients.
