So, I seem to be very confused about whether or not Fuji FP100C (not C45) will fit
in the Polaroid 550 pack film holder.

According to Calumet, it will fit. See this link.

Can anyone confirm this?

Only the 4x5 will fit. See:

"Fujifilm Instant FP 100C 4x5" Sheet Film (10 exp.) for P'roid 550 Holder"

I have the Polaroid 550 holder, and the version of Fuji Instant I use in this is FP100C45. Note the 45 at the end of the name. Regular FP100C (no 45) will only fit in the Polaroid 405 holder.

Sometimes you can get deals on this through EBAY. I got some currently dated packs for around 1/2 to 2/3 new pricing.

So then the Calumet site is incorrect ?

Here is a PDF link to the Specifications for FP100C (http://www.fujifilm.com/products/instant_photo/pdf/fp-c_specification.pdf) (regular and 45). Take a look at the packaging details. The image Calumet has up is packaging that has not been used in a long time. While Calumet has the right description, and a price about where I would expect, their image of the package is completely wrong.

I've used the Fuji C45 and B45 in a 550 holder and it works.
