Anyone familiar with the Pony 6x17?

Has anyone seen or heard of a Chinese panorama camera called the 'Pony'? There' s one on ebay, and I had never heard of it before, so I don't have any idea whet her it's a piece of junk or not.

My thought was that it may be made in the same factory as the Seagull TLR camera s...

Well, I have done some searching, and have found no information on the 'Pony', but it does not appear to be a Seagull camera, as the Seagulll sites only have their TLR listed. Any one with input would be much appreciated.
