My list:
15" Wollensak "yellow dot" tele for aerials
203mm Ektar for handheld with the speeder
14" APO Artar for going "long"
13" Cook anastigmat for soft portraits
215mm Ilex for everything else

Of course this reflects my station in life as an optical bottom feeder!
What do you have in your bag?

121 Super Angulon f8
150mm Symmar-S
210 Sironar
250 Fuji
300 Rodenstock Geronar

These are the ones I go to most often, of the lenses I have.

I have a whole bunch of lenses, evenly spaced from 72 to 800. The teles get left home a lot because they are so heavy and I don't see that long often. I love the super wide and when it is right, it is right on. The most used are the 110, the 150 W Sironar, and the 210. For some reason, the 300 is the least used, but the 450 gets regular use. I'm not a full frame fanatic, so if I need a longer lens, I crop. That's what big negs are for.

I like the 240 and 180 focal lengths. The 120/125 is a nice wa as well.

Bottom feeder here. 7 1/2" f/4.5 Kodak Anastigmat, 210 f/6.8 Geronar, 210 f/6.8 Symmar, 240 Sironar N, which is really too big and heavy to be practical for 5X7.

210 Symmar S, Turner Reich Triple Convertible in Rapax shutter - mint, 180mm to 300mm plus various lenses, Artars from 10 3/4 to 16 1/2. They all work well, for a one lens situation, the TR triple is the one, it's for the format. I have the same in 4x5 and 8x10 etc. Like 'em.

210 Fujinon and 8.5" Paragon duke it out in this focal length
240 Fujinon gets heavy use also
The 14" Apo-Artar has a nice long look in this format
Once in a while I go wider with a 159mm wollensak wide angle

On my 5x7" Press Graflex, the stock lens is a B&L 5x8 f:4.5 Tessar, which is about 240mm.

I have a 210/3.5 Xenar that doesn't focus to infinity on this camera, so I consider it my "indoor lens," and it's the one I use the most lately.

Miracle of miracles, my 12"/6.8 Gold Dot Dagor in barrel uses the same flange as the 5x8" Tessar, so I use that one occasionally. I have a 19" Apo-Artar that also fits, but not enough bellows on the Press Graflex for it. The longest lens I can use is probably on the order of 14" in barrel.

One of these days, I'm going to make some sort of adapter so I can use my Technika lensboards on this camera, and then I can experiment with some other lenses.

Hi, my name is Jim. I'm an optical bottom feeder...Except in this case my most used 5x7 lens is a Doktor Optic 240mm. From Kerry of course. While cheap it was not bottom feeding. Thanks Kerry, what a nice lens.

90mm f:8 Super Angulon, 120mm f:6.8 Angulon or 121mm f:8 Super Angulon (depending on how much movements I think I'll need), 165mm f:6.8 Angulon, 180, 210, 240 and 300mm Symmar, 210mm f:6.1 Xenar, 355mm f:9 G-Claron.

The 90/8 and the two Angulons get the most use.
