A couple of my LF lenses have no shutters but I managed to get an old Packard at a fair price a few weeks ago. Works a treat, and the shutter tester tells me I can get a consistent 1/3 second.
The lenses are different diameters, so I've made a sliding panel for each lens.

The air hose is from hardware, the air bulb is an old dust blower.
