Has anyone been to the NC NP this month, what time of year does the highway close?

Here's (http://www.cascadeloop.com/travel_hints_faq.html) a website on the North Cascades loop. Haven't been up there this year but generally the highway is closed between Mazama and Newhalem between November and April.

I'm not extravagant hopes to travel all over Europe, but I love my trips in Spain. It is a beautiful country, and cities like menorca (http://www.aboutmenorca.com) and san sebastian (http://www.sansebastianspain.info) are all unforgettable. I'd love to go back for awhile. If you're in Barcelona be sure to check out the Picasso museum as well and the best way to get around Spain is by train. But I want to travel through all of Europe, it's my dream!
