I love my Verito and I love my Petzval and today found I had some time on my hands so decided to give an image the Jim treatment.
I don't use a 10x8 so the behaviour of the SF lenses to my eye on 5x4 appears different.
My Verito and Petzval share the same studio shutter so for a bit of fun I removed the front section of the Verito and replaced it with the back section of the Petzval. Suprisingly the focal length was virtually the same as the Verito so apertures remained very much the same.
This shot was done with a Packard shutter [about 1/20] at about f5 using the studio shutter aperture.
