Hi

Found in my spam filter: a firm called Downloadable Software offers Photoshop CS 3 Extended for Mac for USD 89,-.
http://beret-crap.cn/2516.php
They claim it can be that cheap because it is download only, no CD, no paper documentation. Is this legal? Can it be taken serious? Has anybody experience with this? If anything sounds to good to be true, it is usually just that...

BTW, is PS CS 3 Intel native?

Good light -

Henning,

Under these circumstances, I always think, "If it sounds too good to be true... it usually is!"

Questions to ponder:

1. How much is the package worth on a legal, retail, and authorized site/store?

2. Can you register the version with Adobe?

The answers to the above questions should answer your questions.

Cheers

And if you're still in doubt after your questions are answered, just ask yourself where did you find that email and what is the purpose of that filter... ;)

Some people sell a copy of a licensed disc, but the fine print says that this is not a licensed copy ...
