Inexpensive 3.5" to 4" lensboard adaptor

I have three lenses that are mounted on 3.5" wood boards.

My only camera at the moment is a Wisner, which takes 4" boards.

What's the best way to mount these lenses: some kind of 3.5" to 4" adapter, or should I have 4" boards made for these lenses?

If your only camera takes 4" boards I'd go with 4" boards. 4"x4" wooden boards are fairly simple to make.
