Thanks to one of LF Photo's own, Scott--, for the following:
After the rebuild of my Century, Scott-- offered to make a wood lensboard more liking to the original than the aluminum chunk I had butchered out. I received the board today. Looks fantastic, and fit just like it had been custom made for the camera. Quarter in ch thick, with 1/8 x 1/4 lip on all four sides. He has some particulars of how, here: http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showthread.php?t=25132
If you happen to be looking for a three-piece wood board, or a custom fit, keep him in mind. Fantastic job.
Scott cut the hole according to my dimensions for an Optimo #2 shutter. Fits like a glove.
Thanks man. Looks great, and fit perfect.

Great, Randy! I'm just really glad everything fits like it should. Looks great - the mahogany will darken up pretty quick, too, and should match the camera in no time.

Now go out and shoot that thing!
