View Full Version : How much is it worth? Cambo Wide 850 w/65 SA (f5.6)

Need some help with this one. I have searched every common source and cannot find any supportive pricing for a Cambo Wide 850 with 4x5 GG back (Graflok), modern 65 f5.6 SA MC in Copal 0 and focus mount, appropriate Schneider center filter and Cambo Wide finder.

Robert White has some used newer-model DS cameras in stock for about $3400 US. Badger has the Fotoman, which has no shift capability and they are $800 before the lens. EBay was not too helpful, showing only some bare components and a 65mm lens and module for an 850 (just like my lens) but it never sold at $1400.

Anybody have any ideas? I figured the lens alone is worth $475 or so, the CF another $175, the finder with bubble-level probably at least $200 and the camera body and focus mount have to be worth at least $500 or so, which would bring the total to around $1350. But given what the used ones at RW are going for, I figure this one should be worth at least half that, or closer to $1700. But I have no idea.

It's kind of a cool camera, but I'll probably offer it for sale here after dorking with it for a few weeks and would like to offer it at a fair price.

Thanks,

Damn. If it had a 90 or 120 I'd go for it.

Now will it come with tears or not? Tears can add 3-400% to the value...
