Hi all,
I have got an incident light meter from ebay. It is a Weston Master Universal Exposure Meter Model 715. But I have no idea how to use it. Please can you experienced photographers tell me how to?
Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken that is Weston Master II (two). It is a reflected light meter, not incident light meter. Here is a link to instruction manual:

You might run into a bit of a challenge with this meter. I seem to recall that film speed is not ISO/ASA, but Weston numbering system. Wikipedia can help you with conversions. Other than that I've been quite satified using Weston Master meters (the III model) in the past.
