I was browsing Shen Hao's website, convincing myself that I didn't need any more gear, when I saw this little case they had for the Linhof style lensboards. I gotta have one...only I need one that takes 6" lensboards. Does anyone make such an animal? One would think that since Deardorff, Kodak, Toyo, Cambo and who knows who else all have 6" lensboards there would be a market for such an accessory.

Here are a couple of possibilities:
Gnass Gear (http://www.gnassgear.com/products/product_detail.cfm?pcode=PG-85650)

Photo Backpacker (http://www.photobackpacker.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=RPT&Product_Code=LS-1150-6&Category_Code=RPT02)

Cheers,
Mark

M-
I just got some of the Photobackpacker lens cases. They are quite nice. Light, strong with a variety of sizes with adjustable internal walls. I am pleased with the ones I got. The camera case is also well made.
Cheers,

Hi Michael,

I'll second Mark's recommendation of the Gnass case... I ordered two from Justin for my Technika mounted lenses and they fit like a glove. The cases have dividers inside that can be adjusted for different length lenses. I bought two 4-lens cases... one red and one blue.

Justin promised that I would receive them by a certain date and on that very day... the package arrived. I couldn't have asked for better service! :)

Great cases!

Cheers

Another place to look is any store that caters to fly fishermen- the reel cases that they make are very similar to the Gnass cases and cost quite a bit less- my current case holds 8 lenses with padded dividers very snuggly- the brand that I have (for a web search) is made by fishpond and was purchased a couple of years ago at an Orvis store.
