Did some soft light photos down in New Orleans over the weekend:
C:\epr\data\epr-art\katrina\floats.htm
These are Mardi Gras floats in an area hit hard by Katrina. Very heavy overcast.
I am curious about how folks handle printing images like this. I tried upping the contrast, but they seem more effective when the contrast matches the light. (And yes, there is a bit of flare from a light leak in one - I leave the dark cloth on when I pull the slide, and managed to get a tiny bit of the corner of it under the edge of the holder.)
