Having read most of the postings on various backpacks I've pretty much settled on a Kelty Redwing 3100 for my 4x5 system. All references I've found on the Internet as to the dimensions of the redwing 3100 are overall measurements. Could one of the many Redwing 3100 users please supply me with the internal dimensions of the pack? Kelty's web site lists 25"h x 16"w x 14"d. I'm sure the 25"h and 16"h would be about the same for internal and external dimensions as the side walls appear to be rather thin. But the measurement I'm interested in the most is the depth of the pack from the bottom to the zipper. Thanks

Good day,
Just measured mine at 8" at the top of the pack.

I'll sell you mine for cheap - it's only been used for about 10 or so dayhikes.

Thanks for the info Collin.
Thanks for the offer j. I've already place an order for a modified version with Photobackpacker.com. I thought the additional access area would make the pack more suitable for my use.
