Nice article. Just one very minor suggestion you may want to consider in place of your wire bellows support. ARCA-SWISS makes a plastic adjustable support just for this purpose. The ARCA-SWISS part number is 07700. You can see it in use in a couple of the photos of my 7x17 Franken-ARCA here (http://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showpost.php?p=164190&postcount=37). It's flat, lightweight and fits the ARCA-SWISS rails perfectly and might be easier on the finish of your rails than the wire support you are currently using.
