Dan,

I have an old Omega E-4 which is Omegas 5x7 enlarger series. I have been able to find parts and things from Harry Taylor at Classic Enlargers. He deals mostly in D series enlargers but may be able to help. The E is for the most part a D series just half again as big.

One 5x7 enlarger still made is the Zone VI sold by Calumet. The various light sources are fluorescent cold lights best suited for B&W work. Comments I have seen on the net indicate that there are two versions, with the newer one having better light uniformity for 5x7.

Calumet Photographic carries a new 5x7 enlarger by Omega with a Dichro head. If I remember correctly the price is around $2500- 3000. The chasis seem to be the same as the one on the D-6 enlarger. it is not listed on their website, but I do hava catelogue that contain the enlarger. I will forward the calumet product number to you in a few days.
