I wonder if anyone here has fitted a 3x4" sheet film back on a 6x9 cm camera. Obviously the full sheet wouldn't be exposed right to the 4" edge, but one should get at least a good 9x9cm or 3.5x3.5" square, which appeals to me.

I have a horseman VH and love it for roll film use, but now and then would like to shoot squarer sheets. I have two 4x5 cameras but I'd like to get the most out of my little VH.

Hmm. How will you squeeze a 3x4 holder into a back that is made to hold a 2x3 holder?
Gonna make an extension back with ground glass and all that?

Reducing frame on one of the Horseman 4x5 adapter backs. Taking size/weight into consideration, probably the non-focusing one would make more sense, assuming one thinks it's worth bothering at all.
