For UK users mostly I think.
Photobox (http://www.photobox.co.uk/) are now doing hard and softback books for photographers. I haven't tried this but I did try their laser to fuji crystal archive photo print service and was impressed. Uploaded an image and placed the order and it arrived in the post the following morning at 9am. Worth considering for low production run books.
