I use it for Adox Lupex and Lodima.

Not very often. It worked best for me on bromide graded papers.

Yes, it's not my primary but it is my preferred developer when using Azo/Lodima. Is there a question?

The inherent challenge in this post is likely related to securing a high quality Amidol supply to continue to use it. As someone with a substantive Azo inventory it is a concern for myself as well. Artcraft a while back had a Japanese supply of Amidol, but it did not last very long. Would love to hear what other options are available for inventory augmentations of Amidol. And the Chinese option IMHO is not "really" an option.

You bring up an excellent point Michael. Like most things in the analog world today the superior items are fading away. I still have some English Amidol but sadly most of what I have is the Chinese version which requires a lot of filtration to make it work. Would love to find some non-Chinese amidol

Luckily, I have a good supply of English Amidol stashed away. The Chinese version works, but is a PITA to use because you have to filter out the crap after every print (as Michael said above.)

I have about a pound of English amidol left. I don't even remember where I put my leftover Chinese amidol; it was really a pain in the neck, and I'll never use that again.
