One of the really nice aspects of a Epson 3880, is that it doesn't clog. At least, not in my experience. I can leave it alone for weeks, and it may take a while to clean after turning on the printer. But, it tends not to clog.
For those who have experience with an Epson P900, does it have the same advantage?

I've had both and still use a P900. It can be months between heavy uses of the P900 and I've had no issues at all. New software supports profiling and other features on the P900 as well. It's a winner. I use it for both monochrome and color work.

That's great to hear. Sometimes I still experience PTSD, given the trauma I went through with an Epson 4000. THAT was a clogger. (Jeepers; all that wasted ink. Whew!)
Thanks for responding.
I have the P900, and I agree that it doesn’t clog easily and it makes good prints.
But it’s not as robustly made as my 3800 was. Disposing of the unrepairable 3800 caused me pain.
