I do not have an aerator between my faucet and new-to-me washer. After a half hour of washing, tiny bubbles covered surfaces, though they did not seem to be covering the print, which I know would block fresh water from its job. Water temp was around 69-70. Do I need an aerator inline? Can one be inserted inline in a silicone 3/8" ID tube? I have a single adapter piece from faucet thread to "claw nipple" on the hose now.

I see this too. I use a pump to circulate water in the washer.
Air dissolved in water comes out when pressure drops.

Air dissolved in water also comes out when water is heated because less air can dissolve in hot water. It's not a huge difference at the sorts of temperatures we use, but it's a difference. While I still get bubbles using cold water only, there aren't as many as when I mix cold with hot.

I've seen a video, seems like it was from Europe, a lab had a gaseous burst agitation rig to "bubble up" water from the bottom of the washer.

Simply lift the print basket out of the washer every now and then and let it drain, and then replace it. This will eliminate bubbles on the print surfaces. New bubbles may form, but they will be in a different place.
