Problem with Screen Cezanne FT-S5000

I have a problem with my Screen Cezanne FT-S5000 scanner. It shows the error message ‘Serious error -1309’ for a large file

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Roland, sorry, but my S5500 manual doesn't list a 1309 error. No other info?
