I just picked up an Omega D with a Super Chromega D Dichroic II Color Head.
Has anyone had any experience repairing the filtration arm/wheel mechanism?
As you can see from the video, the black filtration arm slips off the silver wheel. There appears to be only two screws (see image) that can be adjusted. Neither tightening or loosening either screw solves the problem.
Any ideas on how to keep the filtration arm from sliding off the silver wheel?
I would greatly appreciate any help you folks can offer.

Did you get all the washers in the right places when re-assembling it?

I didn't take this apart and reassemble. Two of the three black filtration arms stay in place, but it's the far left that falls off the wheel. There was no washed so I added one to the outside by that didn't help lower portion of the arm to stay on track.

Any other ideas?
