Ektachrome e100 development spots

Hi,

Have been developing sheets of Kodak Ektachrome E100 wit the Bellini 6-bath kit. First ten sheets developed beautifully, but after a break the sheets are now covered in spots.

I *think* its due to some of the chemicals going bad? So should I replace all the chemicals, or are the spots caused by just one of First-Developer/Reversal-bath/Colour-Developer/Pre-beach/Bleach/Fixer?

On close inspection it looks like the Colour-Developer has gone bad (full of flakes)...
