B&H always seems to have an extensive selection of lens caps. If your lens is the same size as my 210 mm Apo-Sironar S it'll take a 75 mm push-on on the front and 65 mm on the rear.

SK Grimes makes terrific lens caps from Delrin, PVC, and metal. While on the pricey side, ultimate in lens protection. B&H, Blue Moon Camera, eBay, etc all offer replacement lens caps for many of the more popular lens sizes. However, if you need something to fit an unusual lens size, SK Grimes can make it to order.

It's not quite so easy anymore but I used to buy bags of lens caps at camera swap shows. Then I would usually be set for a while.

Same with PC port caps on 35mm cameras. Both harder to find and silly expensive. :)

Some years ago, I attempted to get lens caps manufactured here in Japan. I abandoned the project due to low demand.

I buy caps off eBay, advertised here in the Uk as "Lens Cap End Cover Binocular Monocular Camera Spotting Scope Microscope Eyepiece". A mouthfull but they do the job and come in loads of sizes. Especially useful for protecting my brass lenses.

For some of my LF lenses I've found that PVC pipe caps with a little felt glued inside make good caps.

Ebay is fine for getting used push-on caps of various sizes - I just bought two for a Rodenstock lens I'd bought without caps.
3D-printed materials are too rigid and not very good for the job.

Thank you for that hint/link!

For my brass lenses which came without caps I made a new ones using a hardpaper and ink. I think it is a suitable fit for such lenses. For a modern lens I would try something else, just like ajmiller suggested above.
As a back lens cover for my Mamiya TLR lenses I found that bottle caps from 5l deionized water bottle(here in Czech Rep.) are perfect match. Nothing fancy, but it works just fine.

I got new lens caps from Helix. Bought 3 ones for 50$ all.

You can search there for the lens you need and try to use the code HOPPY30 at cashout. With it, I got 30% off. If it doesn't work, search for new ones here on dontpayfull.com. (https://www.dontpayfull.com/at/helixcamera.com)
