TH Cooke 210mm f4.5 - f22 barrel lens

I'm trying to get some more information about the above identified lens.
It appears to be a graphic arts lens, but other than a serial number, the only
markings are TH COOKE 210mm. Any input from someone experienced
with this item would be welcome.

The lens is too fast for a graphic lens. More realistic is that it were sold for enlargers.

It seams to be like a lens which is only branded with THC but it were made in Japan.
THC rebranded a lot of different lenses, some made in France and some in Japan.

I guess it is a Tessar type lens design. I will be a good lens but not better or any different like a Fuji, Schneider or Zeiss 4.5/210mm
