Yes...very curious!

Probably good that the contrast rating is "hard," as this may help to give a chance for some actual contrast after all these years!

I have some azo from about the same time frame. It took a lot of benzotriazole to keep the fog down, but I was able to get a surprisingly decent image. I don't recall that it was "A Quick Printing Paper".

Will you use Amidol to develop?
Silver chloride papers are the longest lasting of them all - what you have might be just fine.

I have a lot of found in a Detroit bar 8X10 AZO and some of the NEW batch I bought

I have been saving it for 8 years

I tested it back then with modern developer

Worked fine

I was gifted Amidol by a member here
