Rapid rectilinear lens

Hi, Can anyone help me identifying this rapid rectilinear lens?

It s a simple aplanat lens for the old 5x8 inch format.
There were a lot of lensmakers in the past but I have no knowlegde about this one.
This lenses are made of two achromatic lens groups.

Sharp in the middle, much more soft to the corners.
You will need waterhouse stops for the aperture setting.
Is is simple DIY.
