I use them: North Coast Photo Services (NCPS) in Carlsbad CA. They ship the film back in a plastic sleeve.

I have used Panda in Seattle - but they are not processing sheet film from looking at their website. I have heard of Blue Moon in Portland.

Here in the SF Bay area there is also Underdog Film Lab in Oakland, which offers E6 processing clear up to 8x10 film size. Same with The Darkroom in San Clemente is southern Calif (formerly in SF).

The Icon in Los Angeles. Calibrated Refrema dip and dunk E-6 on a daily schedule. Very professional lab, not a bunch of densitometerless hipsters with a Jobo. (Not that hipsters aren't great, they are keeping film alive) https://www.iconla.com
