According to the official specs, yes, but no room for movements.

And don't forget that "coverage" doesn't necessarily equate to acceptable image quality as one approaches the edges of the image circle.

Plus we often focus closer than infinity, and this will increase the size of the circle of good coverage.

You could consider getting a 250mm f6.7 Fujinon lens which has an image circle of 398mm. It's not quite as wide, and it's single coated. But it covers with considerable movements.
The CM-W has an image circle at infinity of 309mm. The earlier Fujinon NW 210mm is 300mm, and the still earlier Fujinon W 210mm has an IC of 352mm.

Yes, you might want to seek the early lens that covers to 352mm. Many here use that one on 8x10 (I have one too).
