Hello All,

I recently picked up a new set of bellows for my Kodak 2-D with the frames already installed. Getting the old bellows off of the front standard was a simple matter of removing 9 screws. However, I can’t figure out how the bellows attach to the rear standard. I see a number of tacks in the frame but was assuming that these were just to hold the fabric to the frame? Or do I need to remove each and every one of these tacks to remove the frame from the standard.

Thank you in advance for any assistance!

I think the rear frame is also attached by screws. You may also have to scrape out some filler.

You can find the screws inside frame. See a picture below. Make sure you use wood filler to fill the gap between the rear stand and the rear frame to avoid light leak.
