Toyo 45CF Fresnel Install?

Is the orientation different from others (45AII-which come installed)
Do I use the spacers? Completely confused.

I'm not sure this will help but I can tell you that at the time I had both the 45AII and the CF I just put the AII back onto the CF and it worked perfectly.
The 45AII screen is much better than the CF one.
