If you are interested in a link exchange to increase traffic in your website, I am too.
Please view my work at http://www.dfoschisite.com/ and shoot me an e-mail.
We will all be able to go shooting, come back home, check our e-mails to find 2 or 3 orders daily and get in the darkroom to work : - )).
Sounds good, doesn't it?!

That is a very nice website with some fine and unique images. I especially like the "tarnished promises" portfolio. Tell me about the tonalities. Are they split tone or selectively toned? Whatever, it is very effective.

Kirk, coming from you this is a real compliment.
The Tarnished Promises portfolio started by chance, when I dropped some bleach (ferri), on a selenium toned print.
That gave me the idea to produce a serie of images with that effect.
The image is developed normally, then is split toned first in sepia to give support to the strong rusty tones that ferry produces on selenium, then in selenium, at 1:5 dilution.
The final stage then is the most critical: brushing ferri on the print.
Sometime I use Art masking fluid for areas that I don't want to be affected.
Just in these days I am reprinting the all serie in 16 x 20 to submit to galleries, and I am using in some areas straight ferri(!), I apply the grains on the blacks which gives me beautiful hues.
Then a fix bath to stop the action of ferri that otherwise would go forever, and.....24 hours washing is mandatory!
So, Kirk, do you wanna link? :-)
Thank you again for your comments,
Domenico

Great images, Domenico. Very interesting process.

My site can be found here: www.davidrmunson.com (http://www.davidrmunson.com/). No LF work up at the moment, but if you follow the link there to my page on flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/davidrmunson/), there's a lot more to see, good, bad, and otherwise. The direction my work is going in is so very much up in the air right now that it seems inevitable that it be a bit eclectic.
