Which Lens Board for 90 5.6 Super Angulon on a Linhof Technika V?

I have just received a 90mm F5.6 Super Angulon for my Super Technika V.

Does anyone know if I need a lens board with a centered hole, or will it work with a lower-hole type? [The rear portion of the lens is quite fat, so I'm thinking maybe if I put it on a lower-hole type board, the lens will be hitting the bottom of the bellows.]

Also, is a flat or recessed board best?
