Did not make it past the first page. Their questions are multi-choice with no "wiggle" room. Multi-choice surveys tend and do flatten/filter the acquired data limiting the possible variables used to crunch their stat data..

One size does not fit most,

I agree...I had to elaborate in the "other" fields.
Hopefully they listen to our answers.

When asked what my favorite films are, I listed two films on each line and said I don't have any overall favorite, just ones I like and I choose which of the ones I like that is most appropriate for the situation.

Seems pretty straightforward, if you are a dedicated film user without jumping around with different films and are committed to Ilford because they are committed to our community unlike the great yellow father than the questionnaire is easily completed in less than the suggested 15 minutes. They even offered a spot for me to self-promote my own YouTube channel. No issues from me.

I tend to agree, and did the best I could.

Reminds me of internal corporate surveys.

Q: How would you rate the leadership of this company? (Choose one)
1: Good
2: Great
3: Excellent

*smh*

Oh come on, it’s not like a simple survey is required to “see” each and every one of us in all our endless complexity. They just want a glimpse into what their customers need and expect.

When asked what "new technology" I'd be interested in, I said ready-made carbon tissues in CMYK process colors and a variety of monochrome tones.

I don't want new technology, I want old technology...
Infrared film in 5x7, multiple films in 220!

My response was much less "shoot for the moon." I simply requested that Multigrade RC Portfolio Pearl be offered in 8-1/2 x 11-inch sheets. :)

I also asked for 220.

the whole survey seems pointed at roll film users - perhaps they need a separate one for LF.
I asked for more Delta 100 in ULF sizes that they make in FP4+ like 5x12.
New technology - modern LF shutters to replace aging ones. Scanners up to 11x14.
Question 25 asks where you use a darkroom. Then Question 26 asks where you would like to use one. At home, at home.
No large format brands in the brand lists and some missing in 135 and MF.

Last question makes me question if I should switch to another brand that supports my beliefs. I'm surprised they did not ask what my carbon footprint and environmental impact is.

I did answer that when companies start wading into divisive politics I quickly stop buying from them. I'm just tired of it.
