Hi all,

My name ist Martin and I'm now for about 6 years into LF photography.
It was the movements which interested me so much.
Making photographies since 41 years mostly in black and white and in my own darkroom it is always so exciting to develop films and printing them on paper.

As many others I also use digital stuff for documentary and sometimes for color images.

But nothing competes with analoge photography for me.

Being so inspired by Josef Sudek and John Blakemore I hope I can share my emotions and results in photography.

I use a sinar f2, a Chamonix N2 and a Nagaoka , all in 5x4" but one eye always looks at 8x10" :-)

Great debut--I could definitely see a silver print that would remind me of the best of Mr Blakemore.:) Otherwise, on the subject of "sharing," I think I'd consider linking to an outside photo hosting site (e.g. Flickr)--this forum really has limitations in presenting downloaded files, especially of monochrome subjects that are relying on tonality as part of their appeal.

Martin, guten tag. It's great to have you joining, and it seems we have had an unusually high number of new members in recent weeks, from all over. This is the place to be for LF. I look forward to seeing more of your work!

Many thanks to all.

Unfortunately I don't use a flickr account, so I have to checkout where I can show bigger images.

I'm from Titisee-Neustadt, Black Forrest, in between all those beautiful landscapes
