JOBO light-tight funnel question…

Good morning.
I have two brand new light-tight funnels going into two separate JOBO cog tanks. Neither will snap into place.

Is there a special trick I’m not aware of? Now, they just lay in the lid. Thank you.

If I’m not mistaken you need to twist the funnel to get the tabs to snap under the lids retaining tabs.
