There is one spot left in Paula's workshop "The Art of Seeing Photographically" the end of May.
I am going and am really looking forward to it. See details below.

LODIMA PRESS

THE ART OF SEEING
PHOTOGRAPHICALLY
May 27–29, 2022

Although I have been teaching outside the United States, this is the first
workshop I am offering at our home studio since Michael passed away. It
will be limited to 5 participants (only one spot left).

The workshop will include:
Ways of seeing photographically that will expand your
understanding of visual possibilities and your ability to make
stronger pictures.

Printing demonstrations on silver chloride contact paper while
printing with your problem negatives.
Looking at and discussing in detail a portfolio of your finished
prints.

In addition, many subjects in photography will be discussed as you
bring questions specific to your needs.
Please bring examples of what you perceive to be your strongest work
and what represents your interests, approximately 15–35 finished prints,
mounted if possible. If your prints are quite large, unmounted is fine.

Fee: $850 – Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. A $100 nonrefundable
deposit is required 4 weeks in advance. If I have to cancel for
any reason, your deposit will be refunded.

I hope you’ll want to join me here at our home/studio in Bucks County.

Here are some of the unsolicited responses
and comments from past workshop
participants

I have been a commercial photographer since I was
17, I went to college, assisted the top
photographers in London, worked on global
international advertising accounts for the last
twenty five years, and last year I went back to
collage to get a Masters Degree. Not once in all that
time have I ever had such an interesting and
informative photographic experience.
Alun Crockford

Just a note of thanks to you both for having me at
your wonderful workshop. There are events that
occur in one’s life that you consider a milestone for
growth for who you are or become. I can honestly
say that your workshop is one of my milestone
events. You have renewed my photographic vision.
You have reaffirmed my love of photography.
Jeffrey Zeitlin

I truly enjoyed your workshop. The experience expanded
my perspective and I have not felt this level of excitement
since I started in photography.
The best workshop of the dozen that I have attended.
