I am now printing from roll paper on a 7800. However, with some thick fine art papers (eg Hahnemuhle Photo Rag) the prints end up with a really tight curl which I would like to straighten out. How do I do this?

There are rollers made for this to roll them backwards to undo the curl. They used to be available from Inkjet mall i believe. I made one from 6" PVC and some painters canvas.

The commercially available and ridiculously pricey D-Roller does the job, or you can make your own for just a few dollars :)

Thanks -- I will figure out a better design over the weekend but the cheap and cheerful solution was a cardboard poster tube with a sheet of 11x17 plain paper taped to it... worked just fine! That D-Roller is obscene.

Throw it in a dry mount press (if you have access to one) at 175 degrees for 4 or 5 minutes sandwiched between two peices of matboard or regular (non-adheisive) foamcore. This works for all types of photographs, not just inkjet prints.
