info WTD on Gundlach 11x14 WA lens

Recently I couldn't resist acquiring a brass GUNDLACH 11x14 Wide Angle lens. Writing around the lens is: "GUNDLACH-MANHATTAN OPTICAL CO. WIDE ANGLE 11x14". Circular ring of apertures numbered 1 thru 6. Maximum #1 aperture I figure to be f/16. Focal length is somewhere between 190-195mm, definitely wider than my 200mm TAYLOR-HOBSON Cooke Series VIIB. Vade Mecum lists a
GUNDLACH f/18 Extreme Wide Angle Series X
GUNDLACH f/16 Wide Angle Symmetrical
GUNDLACH f/18 Wide Angle Series X
but all of these are listed as being 8" (200mm) lenses and are listed for covering 8x10 and not 11x14. My lens is engraved with "11x14". Mounted the lens on my 11x14 and it definitely does cover the 11x14 format. Because we will be hit by a blizzard this weekend, shooting a test negative will have to wait till next week.

I would love to know exactly what lens I have here.

My lens certainly looks very similar to a Gundach Series X - Wide-Angle Lens. Specifically a No. 5 (equivalent focus 7 1/2 inches). Catalog states that the "Diameter of the Lenses" is 1 5/8". The diameter of my lenses is 1 1/2". Engraved writings are very different from the illustration in the catalog. Certainly my lens has to be a variation of the No. 5 listed in the catalog.
