Hi Everyone,

My wet plate studio does not have any running water supply. I have to bring it in containers. I was thinking that a car parts washer may be a good way to wash my plates. I could fill it with water from a container and leave it to run continuously by re-circulating the water. Has anyone tried this? Any thoughts welcome.

You have to provide fresh water to properly wash plates. You'd have to dump it and refill it several times during the wash to get the thiosulfates out. Alternatively, you could use Potassium cyanide as your fixer, which requires far less washing to clear.
