Would anybody know, if there is just any way that a good machinist could adapt the Orbix to the pre-1984 function carrier and standard frame? (6x9)
The old style Arca is lighter. The new Arca, even the FC, in a configuration that would give me a bellows draw in the nearness of what I have now (almost 60 cm), would, together with a rf holder, lens and lens shade, touch or exceed the 3 kg limit set by my tripod and -head.
