easel parts

I am the new owner of a 16x20 easel, Pelling and Cross, now RBB, made in england, and in need of some small parts for it; the guides for the blades, which are small plastic pieces I think.

Photon Beard was recommended as a source, but they have not responded to emails sent two weeks ago.

Anybody know of another supplier of parts?
