The bridge over the Krasak River near the small town of Tempel in Central Java in 1991, a few days after the devastating tank truck accident, in which the excessive heat caused the bridge to collapse.
Taken with Nikon F4 on Kodachrome 200. I have forgotten which lens it was.

I was standing on 18th St where it passes over the river. My 4x5 Norma didn't want to take a taxi.

The water taxi used to be $8 all day!

I also meet more people on it, one time a gaggle of students with teacher that spoke Castilian, which I do know

When the reservoir was emptied for maintenance, the previous smaler bridge submerged. That bridge was 'eliminated' when the valley was transformed into a reservoir.

Hasselblad SWC + Yellow filter on Tri-X 400ASA, processed in Pyrocat-HD and wet-scanned on Epson 750.
