For storing 4x4" mounted lenses, look at fishing reel bags/cases..

I bought this one on AMZN and it holds 3 large lenses comfortably, 4 if two smaller, and is fine for a pack insert. Not as shock proof as they claim but has good overall general padding. Mine holds a SA 300/500, Fuji 210, and SA 65 and Nikkor 135 so 3 relatively large and one thin one.

In the past, folks have recomended products by Orvis, a fishing gear supplier.

Orvis no longer makes their rectangular reel case - some other brands of fly fishing equipment might. There are also ICUs by FStop and Shimoda but you pay a lot for the brand name.

Very true, you pay a lot for the brand, it must be worth it. For the camera I have one from RPT, they are formidable....
I want to complete, for order, cleanliness, and comfort with a case for lenses, only three 240, 305, 180... I know that the best is in the brand you mention,,,, thanks for the contribution.

Maybe not for use in-the-field but:
I have used a specific brand of cigar box to hold lenses mounted on Linhoff/Toyo style lens boards. The "ACID" brand of cigars from Drew Estates are from heavy walled mahogany with finger jointed corners. The labels are glued on, not carved into the wood as in most cigar boxes.
I pad the box with layered closed cell foam, sometimes from a surplus sleeping pad, sometimes purpose bought from a fabrick store, sometimes just bubble wrap till foam is available.
They finish up very nicely when the paper lables are taken off.

Full disclosure: My 4x5 kit is packed as a grab-and-go bag with three lenses packed individually in the now discontinued PhotoBackpacker protective boxes. If you can find any on e-Bay or here on the LFP forums jump on them. Before that I often dropped my mounted lenses into a zip-loc bag and put that into a Crown Royal bag. They packed smaller but needed conventional padded dividers to keep them from rattling around.

I second the recommendation for Stone Photo Gear. Daniel Stone is a craftsman. He makes everything himself and the quality is superb. I have his lens case for 4x4 mounted lenses. Holds extra lenses for my Deardorff perfectly. https://www.stonephotogear.com/wrapscases/45459-lens-case
