Hi folks, I have a Copal 0 lens thats got a busted T/B mode, other speeds sound pretty good to the ear. What are the odds that this is fixable?

I have seen used and NOS functioning shutters on ebay for less than $100. It may be cheaper than fixing. Or find a broken lens and use its shutter.

If it has not been previously molested, a professional overhaul will likely restore all functionality.

Get it fixed. A replacement shutter won't be properly calibrated for your lens.

This was the intent all along, not sure how easily these are to repair, I know compound shutters are not easy, parts are difficult to source and the like.

Easy to overhaul. Any competent camera repairperson can handle it. Generally parts are not required to restore operation if it's just old and gummy.
