I have tried doing lots of research on my lens and everything indicated I need a lenseboard for Copal 1, but when I tried a copal 1 board it was a bit too small, I even tried copal 3 recently but that seems to be too big. Here is a picture of the lens.218041

It might help to show the shutter its mounted in. I'm guessing its a Seiko, since most of the older Fujinons seem to be in Seiko shutters. There is this, which seems to be exactly what you're encountering:

EDIT: I'll add that I got a lens that didn't mount any standard holes. I got a lens board with a smaller hole and used my dremel to carefully widen the hole on the lens board so I could fit it. If you don't like DIY, the last poster in the thread I linked does a lot of custom modifications like that and could easily drill you a proper sized hole.: https://skgrimes.com/

Yes it is the seiko shutter and I have pretty much the exact problems as that thread except my aperture seems completely fine. I did receive a shutter board with it but I think that one is for Toyo cameras and it’s way too large to fit my intrepid 4x5. I’m thinking of just widening my #1 board as it seems like I’m just lacking a few millimeters.

There is a fellow on ebay and on etsy that 3D prints boards for Intrepid 4X5 cameras - he is seller name is bitbybitphoto on both sites. Boards are $10 w/free shipping. If you are outside the US I don't know if he would ship. I have not ordered any from him yet but have discussed shutter hole sizes with him and he can customize for different shutters.

The shutter is probably a Seiko shutter that is not a standard size, it's a little bigger than a #1 in several dimensions. Here is a post where I measured one of these: https://www.largeformatphotography.info/forum/showthread.php?92730-Help-Seiko-shutter-hole-diameter-for-lensboard-fujinon-250-f-6-7&p=1516972&viewfull=1#post1516972

You need a hole that's about 6-7mm larger in diameter than a #1. Don't lose the retaining ring as it's a non-standard size.
