It seems to be a Linhof Technika IV:

Freeze the video at around 24 seconds in. That's a Cambo Wide, for sure.

Yes, I think you are both right.

Thanks! I'd heard of Cambos, but didn't really know what they are until now.

Cambo also offers monorail view cameras. But the Wide is a technical/architectural camera, basically a simple frame that accepts a spring back/GG on the rear, helical-mount lens panels on the front that allow either rise/fall or shift, depending on the orientation in which they're mounted, and a viewfinder or other accessories on top. The original 4x5 version shown in the video is long discontinued, but Cambo currently offers the Wide RS series designed for use with medium format digital backs.

This must be the guy that’s buying all of the Type 55 that I am bidding on! Just joking, but that is an incredible amount of spendy and temperamental film. Kudos to him.

I had an old Cambo Wide of that style. I am not sure if I needed to stop it down or not but it didn’t cover 4x5 wide open. I see that he doesn’t have this problem.

The styling changed between generations. Black and silver gave way to black, silver and blue. I happen to have a giant wooden handle on my wide though that may have been a homebrew solution.

I’ve owned two of the more recent ones and enjoyed them. Sold my 470 on the B+S and still have the 650.

He said his gear was stolen. He was loaned the camera he used.
